Refund Policy

Here at Kyble Soaps, we strive to provide the best shopping experience you can possibly have, 24 hours, 7 days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns as per the nature of our products, however, you can contact us within 30 days after your item is shipped and we will do our best to resolve any dissatisfaction you might, which is quite unlikely, have and issue you a refund for the items. 


To initiate a refund request, please e-mail us at contact@kyblesoaps.com or kyblesoaps@gmail.com with the information below along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. The reason for your request. If a picture would better describe your problem, please attach it to the message. 
  2. Your order number
  3. Describe the state of the box and packaging. Has the box been opened or the product used?

We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
